title = "Cardio Signal Monitoring System Implements Iot-Based 12-Lead Electrode Vest",
abstract = "In general, human death is caused by cardiovascular disease or disorders of the heart and blood vessels such as coronary heart disease (CHD) or heart failure. For this reason, health equipment that can record the electrical activity of the heart, namely Electrocardiography (ECG) or Electrocardiography (ECG), is expected to continue to develop. The ECG currently used by health facilities requires patients to record signals on the heart while lying down so that patient activity is disturbed when the recording takes place. This study aims to describe a cardiography signal processing system using an IoT-based 12-lead vest so that recording can be done without disturbing patient activity. The design of this study consists of several hardware such as Arduino Uno, ECG 8232 module and ESP8266. The reading of the processed ECG signal is obtained from respondents who are used as data testing to determine whether the system can recognize ECG signals in patients. Based on the performance of this device, the ECG signal on the respondent can be obtained and integrated into the Internet of Thing with quite high noise so that a type of ECG signal reading device with better specifications is needed.",
